President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the recommendation of the inter-agency task force on Boracay to close the famous beach destination for six (6) months effective April 26, 2018. The President gave his approval to make way for the island's rehabilitation during the 24th Cabinet meeting in Malacañang on Wednesday, April 4.
With this said, please be informed that four (4) of our hotel properties in the island will be closed from April 26, 2018 until October 27, 2018. We understand that you, our valued guests, have bookings already made within the said dates that are affected by the island's closure. Rest assured that we have prepared flexible options for affected bookings. In line with this, please know that affected guests may cancel their bookings without any charges or penalties.
Affected hotel guests may take any of the following options:
• Get a full refund
• Rebook to a future date, subject to room availability
Guests who booked through a travel agent or any other third party are advised to contact their customer service hotline for assistance on their bookings.
