Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts Tree Planting

In order to end the month on a memorable and happy note, Crown Regency Hotels and Resorts has collaborated with MCWD (Metropolitan Cebu Water District) in organizing a Tree Planting activity as a commemoration of the company’s late matriarch, Barbara King.

The activity was held on April 30, 2022 at Brgy. Kantimpla, Cebu City. With the help of 55 spirited participants, the group was able to plant 600 seedlings throughout the lush green horizon.

Since Climate Change has been a constant threat, it is important to help heal the Earth no matter how small.

“This activity not only acts as a tribute to our matriarch’s green thumb but is also to help pay back what we owe to the environment.” Company COO, Susan King Bernardo stated during her speech before the beginning of the activity.

Crown Regency Hotels and Resorts hopes to continue environmentally friendly activities in the future.
