FAQ: Sky Experience Adventure

Q: Can I still go up and enjoy the view even when I do not want to take the rides?

A: Yes, you absolutely can! We have corresponding rates to go up to the Sky Experience Adventure regardless if you want to take the rides or not.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at the 37/F of Crown Regency Hotel & Towers, Osmena Boulevard, Cebu City.

Q: Where can we buy tickets?

A:  You may purchase your tickets at the ticketing counter on the 19/F of Tower 1. You may also purchase your tickets in advance from our website. For website ticket purchases, please bring a copy of your ticket (soft copy or hard copy will do) and present it at the Sky ticketing counter on the 19/F.

Q: Do we need to a reservation?

A: No, we accept walk-ins. All rides are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: What are your operating hours?

A: We are open daily, from 2pm to 12 midnight.

Q: What rides are available/open?

A: Currently, only the Sky Walk Extreme is open but the Edge Coaster is undergoing extensive renovation to ensure 100% safety. It will also be open to the public soon!

Q: Is the Sky Walk safe?

A: Yes, it is 100% safe. Prior to reopening, we partnered with KStrong, a leading manufacturer of safety equipment, in upgrading our lifeline system, shock-absorbing cables, and full body harnesses. We have also added a fall arrester for double protection and security. We are certified safe by KStrong, a USA-based company that has specialized in safety systems for over 20 years. We do routine systems and maintenance checks to ensure all our equipment and systems continuously meet and exceed international safety standards.

Q: How long does it take for the Sky Walk to finish?

A: The Sky Walk Extreme takes 10 to 15 minutes.

Q: Is there an age limit to ride/avail of the Sky Walk Extreme?

A: There is no age limit to join the Sky Walk Extreme, as long as the child is fully able to walk, and must fit snugly and securely in the safety harness. If the harness is too lose, the child will not be allowed to participate. All children aged 8 years old and below must be accompanied by 1 parent or guardian while on the ride.

Guests aged 18 years old and below must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Q:  Can we take phones or cameras with us on the ride?

A: For safety reasons, all guests are not allowed to bring any items while on the ride, including cellphones. We have locker areas to store your bags and personal belongings. Our professional photographers will be with you on the experience to make sure all moments are captured.

Q:  Do Club Ultima members have benefits on Sky Experience Adventure?

A: Yes, Club Ultima members have special discounted rates and may use their P500 consumable coupons (with special rate equivalent).

P 200- Entrance Only
P 500- Entrance + Ride
P500 Consumable Coupons:
1 coupon- Entrance only good for 3 persons, OR, Entrance + Ride for 1 person

Q: Are there restrictions for the rides?

A: Guests will the following conditions are not allowed:

Pregnant
Heart condition/ High blood pressure / Serious back injury
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Body that won’t fit the safety harness

Q:  Are there any special promos or combo offers for Sky Walk?

A: Yes, we currently have the Wang Shan Lo Chinese All-You-Can Dinner + Sky Walk Extreme combo for only Php 1,400 per person.
