Crown Regency Hotel and Resorts (Crown Regency) is fully aware of its responsibility to collect, process, and store your personal data. Crown Regency’s Privacy Policy is consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act 10173, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), other issuances of National Privacy Commission (NPC), as well as other relevant laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

“Personal data” refers to all types of personal information. “Personal information” refers to “any information, whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual”, and includes sensitive personal information and privileged information.

CONSENT

In line with this Privacy Policy, your consent is needed when making a reservation, registering for events or promotions, sending inquiries, or otherwise corresponding with us on our social media accounts and websites or other any platforms under applicable law. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, your continued use of the website will constitute your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Crown Regency uses your personal data in processing your reservations and managing your booking at any of our hotels and resorts, including acceptance of payment, responding to inquiries and requests, and any other related services such as amendments or cancellations.

Subject to your consent, Crown Regency may publish your name and other necessary personal data in the customer reviews and feedback on its website or social media accounts and/or atonline travel review platforms.

If necessary, Crown Regency may also need the personal data of its customers in compliance with mandates from government agencies.

Our website has appropriate security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or accidental loss of your personal data. HOW LONG WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE STORED?

All data are preserved and retained for a limited period until the lawful or legitimate purpose of processing is achieved.

Personal data are stored and are retained in accordance with our retention policy, industry standards, laws and regulations, unless you request that your personal data be deleted from our systems, databases and hardcopies immediately. Once deleted, your personal data will be completely removed from all storage locations.

We may modify this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Revised Policy will include the date of the revision at the end of this Policy so that you are able to check when the Policy was last amended.
